Are catcher's mask and pads required for the league?
No. Catcher's gear is recommended but not required. It is at the discretion of the player whether or not to wear catcher's gear.

No, you do not need uniforms, matching or otherwise, in this league, although clothing is required :O It is suggested that your team wear the similar colored t-shirts so that fielders can easily tell friend from foe :-)

Yes. In addition, the HOME team needs to supply the bases, including home plate for some fields. The HOME team also needs to supply one new softball. It is recommended that the HOME team bring several "decent" softballs as backups in case the original new game ball gets lost (or cannot be easily retrieved) during play.

The League does not use Gold or Blue Dot softballs. We use only one size for both men and women batters. The softballs used are Leather, SB-12L, Low Compression, SB-12LND.
