I like helping people
I work in a call center and I'm probably one of the few people at my job who enjoys coming to work every day. What I really like about being on the phones is the fact that people always call with a problem and I'm there for them. It feels good to be able to correct the caller's issue, and know that i've made a difference. |

I think the majority of you lot must've been brain-washed! (Or all live in the US where ppl arent so rude ) I dont mind helping people, but not when they are irate and rude to the wrong person! I'm assuming that most of these are from the US, because people in the UK LOVE to moan, whinge, put the blame on everyone else apart from themselves. I know sometimes it genuinely isnt thier fault, sometimes sh*t happens. But seriousely, anyone who LOVES their call centre/customer services job a bit 'too much'...needs their head examining!
