For one month now I have suffered from emotional disorders that resulted from severe anxiety and depression. I quit work, almost broke up with this girl I'm so in love with (she was practically the reason for my having anxiety) and attempted suicide.
I have learned some CBT techniques and for 3 days now I have seen tangible results.
I'm wondering, is there anyway I can use hypnotherapy to change my beliefs (about things regarding relationships in general)? I wanna be more positive.
I am aware of the fact that thinking about something repeatedly and for a long time gives you the feeling that that something is real (basic CBT foundation on changing beliefs).
If hypnosis can make someone highly suggestible then I think it can help me.
Please advise. What can I do? |
