Message:		What is it you want to know. I've done a few bits and pieces with fibre optics. Sourcing the fibre optic itself is probably the hardest bit. If you can get some LED's, some resistors and can do basic maths and some basic soldering you should be fine. The only other thing you might need would be some plastic tubing and plastic card to make a holder for the LED's.
