Message:		it was never just used on autistic children...... "care" homes used it as well......where, as a child you could have anything up to 5 adults sitting on you, "holding" your neck, move your head - they pull your hair, try to get away from them in any way and they will all "hold" some part or other of you..... best not to resist, just be compliant......
