Message:		am hoping it's NO LONGER being taught!!!! it was something that they used frequently in the 80's and early 90's they said it was "for our own good....." funny, I never did work out why people would sit on top of me, pull my hair, scream in my face, pull my legs and arms behind me (once had my wrist broken!)...and all for "my own good"......hmmmmm
