Message:		I'm sorry I have only just come back especially after wanting to know how things were going for you. I did read what you wrote though. It sounds like you have been doing a lot of thinking through going to the police. I'm not sure whether you have taken the plunge yet but if your still not sure. It may help to try to understand what has changed in the last year thats made you feel this is more manageable and has become stronger. It's important you see what you are letting yourself in for and it sounds like your aware of that. It sounds like you've got a goods support network too and thats also important. I hope whatever you deside its what is right for you. I haven't seen you aorund for a few days, I hope your ok and I hope your taking real good care of yourself survivor
