Message:		hi survivor no need for apologies at all, little viva can be wherever she wants/needs to be and to say how she feels about things - think she's quite gutsy actually for standing up for j. wishing could say more but like yourself, struggling to even breathe properly just now, let alone anything else - including working with/listening to others inside hearing how really tough things are for you and wishing there was something constructive I could say that would make any of it even a little better hearing you though and leaving some here if you want/need them take good care of you too survivor - you deserve the same care/support for yourself as you give to others thinking of you
