Message:		Thank you really felt the care in your words. Lickl viva has seen polly's apology, thank you. I know it isn't easy for a teen to do that so respect. It did hurt lickl viva but no more needs saying it's all good. It hit a raw nerve though because lickl viva knew were J was. It's important to try to look after all parts of yourself, especially when vulnerable and frightened. It's a chance to show that it's ok to feel and need. Far from easy though I know but i'm told the understanding will marry up with the thoughts and feelings in the end. be kind to yourself survivor
