Message:		feelings are very tough and difficult to understand when you have been taught them the wrong way round so how are you ment to make any sense of them now have been slowly learning with t helps about feelings but boy they are very they are so overwhelming and don't feel in control no more its like a sensory over load to much at once don't know if i like it better when i didn't understand them or now am laerning whicj ones are ok and right
