Yes, great site indeed!
I'd like to post my personal lack of understanding about the name change of "Supertwin Top Fuel" into "Supertwin" by the UEM approximately two years ago.
First of all, the competitors in the "Supertwin" class are ALL nitro bikes (unlike the current "Top Fuel bike" class, which also includes funny bikes for example).
Secondly, there are more Supertwin classes (like Top Gas), so the addition of "Top Fuel" also helps with the disctinction between classes.
So it beats me why "Competition bike" was renamed to "Top Fuel bike" and "Supertwin Top Fuel" was renamed to "Supertwin" ???--- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- Replying to: Welcome to post message about Super Twin Top Fuel |
