Black Coaching Jobs
Through the newspapers and TV I believe Americans are aware that there are fewer black coaches in NFL and NCAA than other races. Other racial facts that blacks should be aware of is that there are more blacks in prison than any other race, there are more blacks in poverty than other races, there are more blacks without higher education than other races, there are more blacks in basketball than other races. What I am trying to point out is that America knows all of these facts and black the race just keeps jabbing it into America's side and hurting this country. My suggestion is to stop whining and complaining and wanting a black in a certain position just because blacks feel like there are not enough blacks holding a that particular job. There is nothing free in this country and between blacks and hispanics there is more free money in the form of welfare given every year because the majority of parents within these races do not raise their children to do what is right and earn their education. Instead they want to be gang bangers and have expensive homes and cars like the rappers on TV. The blacks feel as though the whites owe them something because their anncestors were slaves. Now may I remind the black people that blck anncestory are the people who sold blacks into slavery. |

It is unfortunate that you over look the fact that neither Tony Dungy nor Lovie Smith fit any of the categories you ascribe to "blacks or hispanics". This makes me wonder why you, who I assume to be a college graduate, choose to look at the world with such a surly point of view. Seems you have more hatred than love driving your comments. As a country we have come a long way. Yes blacks and hispanics have problems, but so do whites. Furthermore, I suspect that all of your white relatives are doing just fine and none are in jail or have ever received assistance (from family of government) or a used drugs, or committed crimes. Jesus said, let he who is without sin cast the first stone. Perhaps you would be well served by not spewing so much venom and doing something positive like building a habitat home or something. Let's give these gentlemen the respect they deserve for doing something that very few men, including yourself, have done. And let's not forget that they earned it. Every bit of it. Perhaps you cannot give them the respect they deserve because you, as I and everyone else knows that they represent a future that many fear. |
