College Sports by Charlie
Irreverent college sports commentary. It's all about the money and has nothing to do with education.

Razorback Stadium
Even though Arkansas isn't a big time football school, though we have had a few years here recently, Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium is a beautiful stadium nestled in the Ozark Mountains in Northwest Arkansas. It currently, 2002-2003 season, underwent a major renovation that pushed it's capacity of 54,000 to 75,200. It is a beautiful stadium. Don't forget, also, it is home to the world's largest television screen. Arkansas' largest crowd came a couple of years ago when Arkansas played host to the Texas Longhorns. A long time rivalry because of the SWC conference that was done away with in 1992. The total amount of people there was nearly 76,000 people. Even though it's not as big as some of the other ones, 76,000 people calling the hogs is truely unremarkable. Thank you for considering Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium. Home of the Arkansas Razorbacks!!! |
