Message:   I sm s 71 year old female, insulin dependent diabetic for 32 years and in generally good health. Both knees are a major problem and I continue to become more knockkneed.
Because of the diabetes, I do not want to under go surgery. Can you offer any lead on with whom I might consult with the goal of NO SURGERY?
I continue to walk with out assistance but find it very difficult to go down stairs. Going up seems easier. What should I do?
