Message:   Hi Mrs. Hart. I came to this sight to see if I could help my Father of 71 years. Dad has been waiting 2 yrs for double knee replacements. He will have to wait 1 more year, long story why. I was diagnosed in 1995 with Osteo Arthritis, herniated disk and bone spurs all in my back. The Ostoe Arthritis is now debillitating me, the pain in my back and hips are unbarable. I have days when I'm eating 12-16 Advill a day. Too much advill in my system is showing (hard to pee, numbness in limbs). So began my search for a med to help the disease as opposed to masking the pain. This is when I realized what I found could help my Dad and possibly you also. Apparently, both problems yours and mine, is all about the cartiledge or lack there of. So lets give the cartiledge a boost.
Please check out The Arthritis and Glucosamine Information Center on line. They sell Flexicose. It contains: Flexicose® contains 14 powerful ingredients including 1,500 mg of LIQUID glucosamine sulfate and HCL per dose. And:Chondroitin Sulfate, MSM, And other stuff. Rather Pricey, but all the reading I did shows Get the Liquid not the pill for better absorbtion. Then I called Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart does sell Glucosemine-Chondroitin & MSM in Liquid form. When I called WalMart Pharmacy she said the over the counter med was about $15.00 for 15 oz. I will be buying 2 bottles, 1 for me and 1 for Dad. The sight I mentioned said in liquid form we should see results in 2 weeks. Good luck and I hope this helps. -Pamela P.S. By the way, Can you revamp your home so you don't need to climb your stairs anymore?

I sm s 71 year old female, insulin dependent diabetic for 32 years and in generally good health. Both knees are a major problem and I continue to become more knockkneed.
Because of the diabetes, I do not want to under go surgery. Can you offer any lead on with whom I might consult with the goal of NO SURGERY?
I continue to walk with out assistance but find it very difficult to go down stairs. Going up seems easier. What should I do?
