section 3 If the owner agrees to transfer or dedicate land
transfer or dedicate land under Section 3
the government and me can not decide on compensation
Why would I transfer or dedicate land under section 3, is there any advantage. Why would I not just let them
expropriated me. The government would like to do a section 3 but should I not receive some compensation
into agreeing to do this? It seems to me it only helps
them,am I missing something?
Re: section 3 If the owner agrees to transfer or dedicate land
Statutory agreements are authorized by Section 3 of the British Columbia Expropriation Act. Similar provisions are found in Section 30 of the Alberta and Ontario Acts.
