Have you been invovled in any instances were the Federal Government has "expropriated" a commercial fishing license? A container wharf is being proposed in our area where my husband operates a mackerel trap (fixed gear) with specific coordinates. Allowing the company to put the wharf in that area will render the mackerel trap useless....does the government have the right to force you to leave that area?
