Hi..think I need some professional help..House was expropriated 33 years ago from a city...agreement was made for purchase $$ with a lease back for a nominal monthly payment...Here is the kicker...A life long lease was established at the time of sale...my mom could live in the house until her passing...WELL, guess what..the city has a huge developer come along...mega millions involved they want her out.. Any views as to the worst case possibilites..thanks in advance...
