If you want to discuss shots, there is a really cool tool called a "Cue Table." It allows you to position balls on a table in order to set up shots. It requires a Macromedia Shockwave plug-in.

This morning we lost a wonderful member of our pool community...Al Burrell

Al passed away this morning. I don't know the exact details other than he seemed to have suffered from a cardiac arrest and was put into a coma. His bodily functions, such as kidneys, started shutting down. And he was taken off of life support this morning.

I, personally, will never forget that wonderful, engaging big laughter and all the bear hugs I received from Al.

God bless him and his family. I do not believe there will be any public services from what I've heard, but I'd check the papers to find out for sure if you're interested.

There's another angel in heaven tonight.

So very sad to hear! Al was on my team when I first starting playing pool, out of Stasius, NE Mpls. He's the first one to make me realize safety's were a big part of the game. Jeff and I were just talking about him on Sunday. And, yes, the bear hugs!! What a great guy! Will miss you, Al, but will also be talking of you as I always have these last 20 years!

Al was a very nice and funny man. He will be missed by all that had the pleasure of calling him a friend.

My thoughts and prayers are with Al's family during this difficult time. Heaven has another angel!

Al was a great man and a lot of fun to be around...

I am thankful I had the pleasure to meet him without the bear hugs....

Re: This morning we lost a wonderful member of our pool community...Al Burrell

I had been updated from time to time of Al's situation by his good friend Chris. So sorry to hear. I will always remember him as a friend and teammate. Great pool and fun times.
