I believe you can have 2 A players on a B team

I believe the rule has always been you can have one player from the next highest division

You only can have one player from the division above.But i see there is teams with twp from above class on them. So why do some have to follow the rules and others dont? Can wayne tell us this?Or who at moma can?

Why cant people just let it go? We do not live in a perfect world, just look around it dont take much common sense to figure that out. Wayne and his staff work very hard on getting things done right, everyone makes mistakes if you notice a mistake let wayne or your league operator know! The time it takes you to **** and moan in here you could of sent an email to someone who can fix the problem! good luck to everyone at moma this year!

Actually Richie and Seigel are on opposite teams.

I think this is being made more of an issue than it needs to be. If Richie's team and Seigels team were not playing, well then the next top two teams would be having complaints against them. It would never end..

the other night I was at the pool hall and there was a guy crouched down in the corner sitting there naked crying his eyes, out. I asked what was wrong and he said, "Brian and Joe shouldn't be able to play on the same team." He went on and kept crying, I'm really not sure why he wasnt wearing any clothes,

but my point is dont be that guy and instead, appreciate the compeition, if they win then the same 5 people wont be able to play next year in that division. gl!

I did let moma know that there is two teams with 2 players on from higher division. They said they didnt think they were that strong of a team. They admited they both were not supose to be on same team but is letting it go. So is that fair? Rules say one player from the class above. Or am i wrong?

I talked to Wayne about this. The two teams in question are as follows:
Richie Cunningham, Jeff VanSickle, and three others. I don't care who the three others are, those two players are masters, so they belong in masters.
Brian Sigel's team - if there are two masters on their team, they belong in the masters.
These two teams might be "borderline" teams, but if their criteria meets AA, they should be AA. If they have two masters on their team, I don't care if the other three players are B players - they belong in Masters. It's that simple - follow the same rules as everyone else!
I can understand the amount of work it takes Wayne and his staff to get everyone placed in the proper division, but when these issues come up, just follow the rules that regulate the criteria for placement and your butt is covered. If two players are masters, then they play masters. It's not anyone's fault they maybe put together a bad combination of players for that division.... I wish you all luck next week at MOMA. Thank You for letting us all know that you informed Wayne about the situation but like you said it takes alot of work to get everyone placed in the right division. You are the tournament director for ACS which brings a question for you. Mark Kuklok took 3RD in the AA a couple 3 yrs ago or so and he is playing in the AA at MOMA is that right or wrong?

Again here we go with the who's who and where they should be. Jeff plays very well, not going to deny that. He also plays open division at the casino events and if he did play in them what has he won? He is not on any masters list that I have seen or heard of! We fit the criteria....TYVM
