I am trying to make contact for a crewmember. I am a County VSO and am working with a veteran that served in VO-67 Crew Three. I am thinking that he missed submitting the documents several years to be receive enrollment in the Enlisted Combat Aircrew Roll of Honor and Presidential Citation. Looking for assistance to get me headed in the right direction. Thank You
