Please does anyone know of a place where the DVD can be gotten, in either region 4 or region 0? I've just read that the DVD has a doc which features the lovely Dinah and I think I'll die a thousand deaths if I don't get to see it!

I think the extras / special features are only availbale on the special edition dvd.



Im not aware of anything other than an R2 DVD
