Demolition was a #1 contender tournament for a shot at the UCW-Zero Heavyweight Title on July 18th.
Even though the board of directors did all they could to make the tournament fair, Stevie Slick managed to manipulate the outcome by an intentional loss of his team advancing his man Guerrero Azteca in the tournament. Then after Blitz won his match and was going to be wrestling Guerrero in the main event. Slick and Guerrero attacked him injuring his ribs with a chair. Blitz was in no condition to wrestle yet he came to the ring anyway and put up a heck of a fight but the damage to his ribs was too much to overcome and Guerrero won the match and the title shot.
This presents Slick with a bit of a problem as both Guerrero and the Champion Tristan Gallo are members of his stable. Slick assured us that he has things well in hand and this would not be a problem for him.
I guess we will find out on July 18th, see you all there!!!
