listen old man, i don't know if thats your training regiment at you school, but where i was trained.. at the fine school of adrenaline unleashed.. there is no such thing as shoulders to the mat, we train to win.. and winning is what we do. go fall asleep behind the wheel and crash into a baseball field.
Well, well, well, boy, I guess it's about time you have your training expanded then because that is exactly where your shoulders are going to be for the 1,2,3 come this Saturday.
My only regret is that it is C.J. that gets to teach you this lesson instead of me.
