dave mannix, I am pretty sure that this comment must have been an accident. I have not been able to find it if it was on my pages.
Any temporary piece of land, even as small as 1 m², which might appear in the Rio Parana may be called a separate true enclave, although a temporary one. Therefore it is very difficult to be completely certain which is the very smallest one. At least when it comes to the river enclaves.
I guess the Cooch Behar guess is right, although we are not 100% sure which of these true enclaves still are alive. We have 198 enclaves on our list, while Indian-Bangladeshi authorities quote only 162.
