It's also sad that her sister Marian is still incarcerated under the same old draconian laws of Internment, Marian should be freed today along with all the others who are being held illegally.

I would like to point to this text from the 1986 Ard-fheish section 5 and 5a

These are part of the new rules from Adams and Co at the 1986 Ard-fheish.

That Section 5 of the Constitution be amended to read:

"5. Sinn Fein candidates in Westminster or partitionist 6-County parliamentary elections shall, on selection and before nomination, publicly and solemnly pledge themselves, as follows:-
I ............. freely and solemnly declare:

"a. That, if elected, I will not sit in, nor take part in, the proceedings of the Westminster or partitionist 6-County parliaments.

So what do they call Stormont then?, it is the partitionist 6 county parliament, that very place were he has pledged at the 86 Ard-fheish not to take part or sit in Re 5a. I'm sure I will get a lot of answers to this one.


Why has no one seen this, Its well worded, and easily overlooked, but as I read it, they have no right to be sitting in stormont.
