1937 500cc m23 empire star

Original condition 1937 500cc BSA M23 empire star.
It is complete but not running. There is no spark.
It has been garaged for a number of years.. Just needing some work. It's a complete bike missing nothing $Asking $6500. I am in Portland, OR (USA).
