The 'BENCH PRESS' for Boys & Girls Club of Rutland,
CHARITY SPOOKTACULAR!

Saturday Oct. 21st 2006 'Better Bodies Gym,' www.sombrero-brothers.com & Graveyard Gym Wear will hold a charity fitness event from 12 noon - 2pm!!

This 'positive youth message' event will raise money for the B&GC of Rutland Town and feature power lifters from Better Bodies Gym, giving a bench press and decline bench press TUTORIAL for donations from the following Noble Sponsors!

This promotional charity event (not a competition) is open to the public and 'Better Bodies' gym will be offering discount memberships for all qualified CCV students & others in the Rutland area. (Look for local ads and listen for radio spots on Z-100 FM )

During the 2 hour event Christopher Laro will offer FREE merchandise (long as it lasts) from his e-book fitness site featuring one of a kind sports items called GRAVEYARD GYM WEAR. Look out for FREE stickers, caps & t-shirts with various samples of the art offered at his cafepress cyber-store.
