2009 San Diego Reunion

The infamous San Diego June Gloom was ever present until Sunday, Father's Day, but that did not affect the spirit of the VO-67 Brotherhood. The archives are amazing, not to mention actual footage of the P2 in action. The Tolling of the Bell is always emotional. But the highlights, besides the day trip include: Ladies v-neck shirts, zip and hoodie sweatshirts, bucket hats and the "Two Burning Two Turning" license plate holder that fetched a whopping $110 at auction! Sharon and Bob Reynolds did another outstanding job. I don't know how they do it, but they make it look so effortless. My hat's off to them both. Lots of surprises this year like a tribute to the Officers and a presentation by Stacey Lanning, an actual member of the Crew 2 Recovery Team, both I know meant an awful lot to my dad, LTJG Neal D'Orazio, of New Crew II.

Happy Father's Day to all our Heros of the VO-67.
